Talent. Capital. AI. Leadership. — How do we transform ideas and community into collective power that shapes the future?
— The Shift
Power is moving. The question is who gets to hold it.
BITES26 marks a defining moment where leadership, innovation, and influence are being reimagined by a new generation of builders, founders, and changemakers.
Hosted by Black in Tech Berlin, this year's summit explores how power is shifting from gatekeepers to communities, from tradition to innovation, and from representation to ownership. Together, we'll celebrate the people driving this transformation across Europe, Africa, and the diaspora.
